Care Instructions

How to care for your beeswax wraps

1. WIPE GENTLY OR RINSE IN SOAPY COOL WATER
To make your beeswax wrap last for as long as possible be sure to wipe them when possible or gently rinse them in cool water with mild dish soap. Do not use hot water as it can cause the wax to breakdown and separate from the fabric.

2. DO NOT MICROWAVE
Do not microwave your wraps as it can cause the wax to melt.

3. LET FOOD COOL
If your leftovers or baked goods are still warm be sure to let them cool before covering or wrapping.

4. COVER BOWLS AND DISHES AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
It is most effective to cover bowls or dishes when they are room temperature and not cold. If a bowl has been in the fridge and you try to cover it with your beeswax wrap your wrap may not stick as well as you would like it to.

5. STORING
There are many ways to store however we suggest folding neatly and placing in a drawer or basket on your counter.  You can also roll and keep in mason jars or containers as well.

6. BEE KIND
Take care of them and they will keep your food fresh.
